A Blend of the Old and the New Revives Winkler Park

I live on Cedar Hill and have been going to Winkler park since I was 15 (I'm 22 now) it's about time the town did something good to this park. My friends and I used to shovel this park in the winter to play basketball and change nets on the basketball hoops ourselves. This park since I have been coming has been ignored. The tennis and basketball courts always needed repainting and the parking lot was NEVER cleaned. I hope the town keeps making small repairs and cares about this park a little bit.
