I think Plato was thinking of John Cronin when he said the following: \"Those who are too smart to engage in politics are punished by being governed by those who are dumber.\" Actually, he was probably thinking of Arden and Roth as well. Disgraceful is too nice a word.

Once again Mr. Cronin and Mr. Arden are wasting taxpayers time on political matters to advance themselves, at the expense of others It's too bad they waste so much time and energy on tearing down others rather than how to attract business to Armonk and North Castle and thereby being a positive force for our community rather than a negative one.. By focusing on the faults of others it deflects from their own insecurities and lack of leadership abilities.

Cronin is a disgrace to a wonderful community. We all love Armonk, but Roth and Arden are as despicable as Cronin. If we could move, we would get out of this town, but because we are the parents of a severely disabled son who lives nearby, we have to stay. We got married in Armonk, 47 years ago, people were much nicer.
