The communication channel from Supervisor Arden is very much appreciated and his efforts to improve the quality of life in Armonk are well directed and he should stay the course.

With regard to the issue of the above ground power lines he is also on the right track. We shouldn't be discouraged because the project is long term or difficult; the benefits will out weigh the cost/inconvenience. An additional fee from Con Ed is a fair way to spread the expense and minimizes the impact. We should also look to the Federal Funds that NY State will receive for the Sandy relief effort and determine if a project such as he proposes would qualify for a small portion of the aid. Nothing ventured , nothing gained.

I hope Supervisor Arden keeps this project moving forward since people will eventually forget about the issue over time until another storm brings it back to the forefront.

In terms of best business practices, does this include Howard Arden allowing personal attacks by town board members against private citizens? Just wondering. Just another chapter in the new era of Arden-Roth-Cronin rule by threat and intimidation.
