Would you pay for the higher cost timber guide rails to be installed in your neighborhood?

Am I reading this correctly? \The cost was estimated above $65,000, versus a cost of about $20,000 spent on the box-beam option. It has to be determined who will pay for the more aesthetically expensive option of timber. The possibilities mentioned by one resident were for the expense to be covered by the neighboring residents, by the Town, or by Residents of Windmill (ROWI) organization.\ If the town decides to remove and then replace the metal guard rail with a wooden guard rail, then the town better be prepared for everyone else in Armonk to want the same upgrades by their homes. Take a ride through Wrights Mill and see what that would cost just for starters.
